If ordering brochure prints, they will be with you in 4-5 business days.
For smaller design projects (8 pages or less), you should expect to receive your design previews within 3-4 working days of ordering. For larger projects, we will confirm preview timelines at the quoting stage. Our business days are Monday through to Friday. If ordering prints, once approved for print your prints will be with you in 4-5 working days.

Unlimited design revisions are included to ensure you are completely happy with your design, we ask that the content (text/wording) of your brochure/booklet is mostly in place before we begin.
On standard turnaround, we complete a minimum of one set of amendments per 24 hours during peak times. We operate Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm.

Every design comes with a full money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the first initial previews sent to you, we can refund you in full.
Unlimited design revisions are included as standard. We cannot offer a full refund on design work once design revisions have been commenced (after you have received your first initial previews).
We require at least the text/wording for your brochure. You are free to provide as much or as little input on the look and style as you like.
You can provide a logo for your design, or we can create a simple text/font based logo for free if you don’t have one.
You can provide your own high-resolution images, alternatively we can include stock images from www.123rf.com at no extra cost.

Will I be charged VAT? - brochure design and print is generally zero-rated for VAT, so VAT is usually not charged. However, VAT must be applied if your brochure is used as a voucher (e.g., “receive xx off with this brochure”), includes a writable section, or has a part intended to be cut out. Please note that VAT will be applied to all design-only projects.
